With ZVR's Next Big Idea Contest. We formed a team to present to the deaf community at NTID/RIT. Won 3rd place and MotionSavvy was born with the goal of bringing a new form of communication tool out to the world.
3-month program at saunders college of business where we developed part of the MVP. Received a grant from National Science Foundation.
The team moved to downtown San Francisco where we took part in a 3-month accelerator program and SOSVentures and Wefunder come on as an investor.
With our acceptance to the Wells Fargo Accelerator program, MotionSavvy shifted to focus on businesses/enterprise customers. MotionSavvy was recognized as one of the 25 best inventions of 2014 by Time Magazine. Wells Fargo and Rochester Insitute of Technology became investors in MotionSavvy.
First government contract, opens possible avenues with other government programs. Launch NY comes on as an investor.
